HARIANKALTIM.COM – Gubernur Kalimantan Timur, Dr. H. Rudy Mas’ud (Harum), menghadiri Sarasehan Kebangsaan bertema “Memperkokoh Ideologi Pancasila Menghadapi Tantangan Global Menuju Indonesia Raya,” yang digagas oleh Badan Pembinaan Ideologi Pancasila (BPIP) di Gedung Nusantara IV Senayan, Selasa, 20 Mei 2025.
Gubernur Harum menyampaikan bahwa ideologi Pancasila seharusnya bukan hanya simbolis, tetapi harus mencerminkan semangat keadilan dan kesejahteraan sosial. Ia juga menegaskan bahwa bersama Pancasila, Negara Kesatuan Republik Indonesia (NKRI) adalah harga mati.
“Pancasila telah disepakati oleh para pendiri bangsa untuk menjadi ideologi negara. Jadi, jelas bahwa NKRI adalah harga mati,” tegas Gubernur Harum usai menghadiri Sarasehan Kebangsaan.
Lebih lanjut, Gubernur Harum menjelaskan bahwa Pancasila merupakan pandangan hidup, falsafah, dan roh bangsa Indonesia. Pancasila juga mengajarkan karakter yang religius, gotong royong, berperikemanusiaan, persatuan, dan demokrasi.
Sehubungan dengan Kalimantan Timur yang masih memerlukan perhatian lebih dari pemerintah pusat, Gubernur Harum merujuk pada sila kelima Pancasila, yakni keadilan sosial bagi seluruh rakyat Indonesia.
“Harapan kita, ideologi Pancasila ini tidak hanya sekadar simbolis, tetapi harus melambangkan semangat keadilan dan kesejahteraan sosial,” tegas Gubernur Harum.
Sarasehan Kebangsaan ini dihadiri oleh seluruh kepala daerah se-Indonesia, mulai dari gubernur, wali kota, hingga bupati. Presiden Prabowo Subianto dan Ketua Dewan Pengarah BPIP Megawati Soekarnoputri berhalangan hadir dalam acara tersebut.
Acara yang merupakan kolaborasi BPIP dan MPR RI ini juga dihadiri oleh Ketua MPR RI Ahmad Muzani. Sarasehan Kebangsaan dimaksudkan untuk meningkatkan pemahaman para kepala daerah mengenai isu geopolitik dan kebangsaan. (ZYN/ADV/DISKOMINFO)

The Governor of East Kalimantan, Dr. H. Rudy Mas’ud (Harum), attended the National Discussion themed “Strengthening the Ideology of Pancasila in Facing Global Challenges Towards Indonesia Raya,” organized by the Indonesian Pancasila Ideology Development Agency (BPIP) at the Nusantara IV Building, Senayan, on Tuesday, May 20, 2025.
Governor Harum stated that the ideology of Pancasila should not merely be symbolic, but must reflect the spirit of justice and social welfare. He further emphasized that together with Pancasila, the Unitary State of the Republic of Indonesia (NKRI) is non-negotiable.
“Pancasila was agreed upon by the nation’s founders to be the ideology of the state. Therefore, it is clear that NKRI is non-negotiable,” Governor Harum stressed after attending the National Discussion.
He further explained that Pancasila serves as the way of life, philosophy, and the soul of the Indonesian nation. Pancasila also teaches values such as religiosity, mutual cooperation, humanitarianism, unity, and democracy.
In relation to East Kalimantan, which still requires significant attention from the central government, Governor Harum referred to the fifth principle of Pancasila, which is social justice for all Indonesians.
“Our hope is that this ideology of Pancasila will not only be symbolic, but must represent the spirit of justice and social welfare,” Governor Harum asserted.
The National Discussion was attended by all regional leaders across Indonesia, including governors, mayors, and regents. President Prabowo Subianto and the Chairperson of the BPIP Advisory Council, Megawati Soekarnoputri, were unable to attend the event.
This event, a collaboration between BPIP and the People’s Consultative Assembly (MPR) of Indonesia, was also attended by the Chairperson of the MPR, Ahmad Muzani. The National Discussion aimed to enhance the understanding of regional leaders regarding geopolitical and national issues. (ADV/RED1/b)
