HARIANKALTIM.COM – Badan Pengelola Keuangan dan Aset Daerah (BPKAD) Provinsi Kalimantan Timur menggelar sosialisasi mengenai SP2D Online dan peluncuran Seven Days Service (SDS) untuk pencairan dana 7 hari (Senin hingga Minggu).
Acara yang berlangsung di Hotel Mercure, Selasa (27/05/2025), dibuka oleh Wakil Gubernur Kalimantan Timur, Ir. H. Seno Aji, M.Si, bersama Inspektur Daerah Provinsi Kaltim dan Direktur BPD Kaltimtara, M. Yamin.
Kepala BPKAD Kaltim, A. Muzakkir, ST., M.Si, dalam laporannya menyampaikan bahwa inovasi ini bertujuan mendukung tata kelola keuangan daerah yang lebih transparan, akuntabel, dan efisien melalui Elektronifikasi Transaksi Pemerintah Daerah (ETPD).
“Integrasi antara SIPD RI dengan BPD Kaltimtara diperlukan agar proses pencairan dana, mulai dari penerbitan SPM dan SP2D hingga transfer dana ke rekening penerima, dapat dilakukan secara real-time,” ujarnya.
Wakil Gubernur Kalimantan Timur, Seno Aji, menekankan pentingnya pelayanan publik berkualitas melalui Sistem Pemerintahan Berbasis Elektronik dan Satu Data Indonesia, yang harus diikuti dengan penguatan keamanan siber dan informasi.
“Peluncuran SDS ini membuktikan bahwa transformasi digital dalam tata kelola keuangan Provinsi Kalimantan Timur dapat dijalankan dengan efektif, mempercepat transaksi dan realisasi belanja daerah,” ujarnya.
Peluncuran program ini ditandai dengan sentuhan layar oleh Wakil Gubernur, Kepala Inspektorat mewakili Sekda Provinsi Kaltim, Kepala BPKAD Kaltim, dan Direktur BPD Kaltimtara.
Kegiatan ini dihadiri oleh seluruh Satuan Kerja Perangkat Daerah (SKPD) di lingkungan Pemerintah Provinsi Kalimantan Timur dan disiarkan secara langsung melalui kanal YouTube, hasil kerja sama antara BPKAD Prov. Kaltim dan Diskominfo Prov. Kaltim. (ZYN/ADV/DISKOMINFO)

The Regional Financial and Asset Management Agency (BPKAD) of East Kalimantan Province held a socialization event for the SP2D Online system and the launch of the Seven Days Service (SDS) for 7-day fund disbursement (Monday to Sunday).
The event, held at the Mercure Hotel on Tuesday (May 27, 2025), was opened by the Deputy Governor of East Kalimantan, Ir. H. Seno Aji, M.Si, accompanied by the Inspector of East Kalimantan Province and the Director of BPD Kaltimtara, M. Yamin.
In his report, the Head of BPKAD East Kalimantan, A. Muzakkir, ST., M.Si, stated that this innovation aims to support more transparent, accountable, and efficient regional financial governance through the Electronic Government Transaction (ETPD).
“Integration between SIPD RI and BPD Kaltimtara is necessary to ensure that the fund disbursement process, from the issuance of SPM and SP2D to the transfer of funds to the recipient’s account, can be done in real-time,” he said.
The Deputy Governor of East Kalimantan, Seno Aji, emphasized the importance of quality public services through an Electronic-Based Government System and Integrated National Data, which should be accompanied by strengthened cybersecurity and information security.
“The launch of SDS proves that digital transformation in the financial governance of East Kalimantan Province can be effectively implemented, accelerating transactions and regional budget realization,” he stated.
The program launch was marked by a touchscreen press by the Deputy Governor, the Head of the Inspectorate representing the Provincial Secretary of East Kalimantan, the Head of BPKAD East Kalimantan, and the Director of BPD Kaltimtara.
This event was attended by all Regional Work Units (SKPD) in the East Kalimantan Provincial Government and was broadcast live on YouTube, a collaboration between BPKAD of East Kalimantan Province and Diskominfo of East Kalimantan Province. (ADV/RED1/g)
