HARIANKALTIM.COM – Dinas Sosial Provinsi Kalimantan Timur menyelenggarakan Sosialisasi SIMASN dan E-Kinerja bagi PPPK Tahap 1 di Aula Asran Bulkis, kantor Dinsos Provinsi Kaltim, Senin (19/05/25), untuk meningkatkan kapasitas aparatur dalam mengelola sistem manajemen kepegawaian.
SIMASN (Sistem Informasi Manajemen ASN) adalah platform digital yang mempermudah pengelolaan data kepegawaian dan kinerja Aparatur Sipil Negara (ASN), khususnya Pegawai Pemerintah dengan Perjanjian Kerja (PPPK).
Digitalisasi ini memungkinkan proses administrasi yang lebih efisien, transparan, dan terintegrasi.
Dengan SIMASN dan E-Kinerja, pengelolaan data dan pelaporan kinerja ASN menjadi lebih mudah dan akuntabel, mendukung reformasi birokrasi dan tata kelola pemerintahan yang efektif.
Kegiatan dibuka oleh Kepala Dinas Sosial, Andi Muhammad Ishak, didampingi Sekretaris Dinas Sosial, Juraidi.
Hadir pula Kepala Bidang dan Kepala UPTD Dinsos Kaltim, menunjukkan dukungan terhadap penguatan kapasitas aparatur melalui teknologi informasi.
Dalam sambutannya, Kepala Dinas menekankan pentingnya penguasaan aplikasi kepegawaian digital untuk mendukung reformasi birokrasi dan peningkatan kinerja ASN.
“Penguasaan SIMASN dan E-Kinerja akan membuat PPPK lebih tertib dalam pelaporan dan pengelolaan kinerja, yang berdampak pada efektivitas organisasi,” ujarnya.
Sosialisasi ini diikuti oleh 122 PPPK Tahap 1 yang bertugas di berbagai bidang dan UPTD di bawah Dinas Sosial Provinsi Kaltim.
Narasumber dari Dinsos Kaltim, Dwi Lestari, Pengadministrasi Kepegawaian, memberikan pemaparan dan bimbingan terkait penggunaan SIMASN dan E-Kinerja.
Peserta antusias mengikuti sesi pemaparan dan tanya jawab, serta simulasi pengisian data kinerja dan informasi kepegawaian secara digital.
Melalui kegiatan ini, diharapkan seluruh PPPK dapat lebih siap dan tertib menggunakan sistem digital kepegawaian, serta mendukung tata kelola pemerintahan yang profesional, transparan, dan akuntabel. (ZYN/ADV/DISKOMINFO)

The Social Service Department of East Kalimantan Province held a Socialization of SIMASN and E-Kinerja for Stage 1 PPPK at the Asran Bulkis Hall, the East Kalimantan Dinsos office, on Monday (19/05/25), aimed at enhancing the capacity of officials in managing the personnel management system.
SIMASN (State Civil Apparatus Management Information System) is a digital platform that simplifies the management of personnel and performance data for Civil Servants (ASN), particularly Government Employees with Work Agreements (PPPK).
This digitalization allows for more efficient, transparent, and integrated administrative processes.
With SIMASN and E-Kinerja, the management of data and performance reporting for ASN becomes easier and more accountable, supporting bureaucratic reform and effective government governance.
The event was officially opened by the Head of the Social Service Department, Andi Muhammad Ishak, accompanied by the Secretary of the Social Service Department, Juraidi.
Also present were the Head of Divisions and Head of UPTDs from the East Kalimantan Dinsos, showing support for strengthening the capacity of officials through information technology.
In his speech, the Head of the Department emphasized the importance of mastering digital personnel applications to support bureaucratic reform and improve ASN performance.
“Mastering SIMASN and E-Kinerja will help PPPK be more orderly in reporting and managing performance, which impacts the effectiveness of the organization,” he said.
The socialization was attended by 122 Stage 1 PPPK who are assigned to various fields and UPTDs under the East Kalimantan Social Service Department.
A resource person from the East Kalimantan Dinsos, Dwi Lestari, Personnel Administrator, provided technical explanations and guidance on the use of SIMASN and E-Kinerja.
Participants enthusiastically engaged in the presentation and Q&A session, as well as a simulation of filling out performance data and personnel information digitally.
Through this activity, it is hoped that all PPPK will be better prepared and more orderly in using the digital personnel system, and contribute to the creation of a professional, transparent, and accountable government governance system. (ADV/RED1/c)
